My Story
What was your early career like? During high school, I participated in FIRST Robotics Competition. My team went on to win the World Championship in 2019. I have also taught a homeschool co-op class in Robotics and coached a middle school Robotics team. I am a recipient of the following scholarships:
Presidential Scholarship, Aviation Institute Scholarship, Bright Futures Medallion Scholarship,
FIRST Allaire Medal Scholarship, and FIRST Robotics Competition Scholarship. I was also honored to be a National NROTC Scholarship Recipient (April 2020), which I respectfully declined.
Tell us about your family: I grew up in Orlando with my parents, Robert and Freddi, and my four younger sisters. My parents chose to homeschool all of us, and this created a very close family bond that I love.
Are you active in church? I am visiting Christ Community Church in Daytona Beach, FL. I still attend my home church, Celebration Community Church, pretty regularly. I have served with the Kids44 children's ministry and summer VBS programs since I was 13 years old.
What do you love about TNA and the Principle Approach®? I love how the kids actually enjoy school and want to be there. As a teacher, the Principle Approach® model gives me the opportunity to inspire them in learning and not just have them do school because they have to.
